About

Hi, I’m Finley, a personal trainer and online coach helping people to achieve sustainable strength and fitness goals. I have a background in football; however, I suffered a serious knee injury at 11, prompting me to explore other avenues of exercise, leading to me discovering my passion for health, fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. Fitness is more than just a routine, it’s transformative. What started out as a hobby has become a way of life for me, it’s more than just results, it’s about building sustainable habits that make you feel empowered and confident and I am here to guide and help you every step of the way.

With a 1:1 session you receive my full attention every session, ensuring proper technique, progressive programming and consistent accountability. I track your progress closely, make adjustments when needed, and provide you guidance to keep you motivated moving forward. My approach focuses on not only training hard, but training smart building sustainable habits, improving movement quality, and creating long term results rather than quick fixes. 

Online coaching

My coaching combines structured training programs, tailored nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability to ensure you stay consistent and make measurable progress. Every plan is built around your individual goals, lifestyle, experience level and preferences, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, or improving overall health and confidence. Your workouts are delivered through an easy-to-follow platform with clear guidance and progression built in. As your coach, I provide regular check ins to track progress, receive feedback and make any adjustments to keep you moving forward.  

Small group personal training

Train together, without getting lost in a big class.

I offer small group personal training for groups of up to 3 people to deliver the benefits of one-to-one coaching in a supportive, motivating small group environment. Sessions are tailored to accomodate the groups fitness levels and goals- whether thats building strength, improving fitness, losing weight, or improving overall confidence. Each session is structured and with expert coaching, focuses on proper technique, helping you train safely and effectively. If you and and up to 2 others are looking to make positive changes and train together then this service may be for you!
